What this site collects, who else sees it, and how to make me delete it.

In short
- No analytics, no advertising pixels, no cross-site tracking.
- Fonts are served from this domain, so your IP never reaches Google to load a typeface.
- The contact form sends what you type to my inbox. Nothing else, and no mailing list.
- The free tools do not store the addresses you check.
Who is responsible
Easy Web decides how the data below is used — the controller, in GDPR terms. To exercise any of the rights described here, or to ask anything about this page, use the contact form.
What is collected
- Visiting a page: your IP, browser and the URL requested, in ordinary server logs. Used to serve the site and spot abuse.
- Contact form: your name, email and message, plus company, website and budget if you fill them in. Sent to my inbox so I can reply.
- Free tools: the address you submit is sent to Google and to the site being checked, then discarded. A counter against your IP is kept for one hour so the tools cannot be abused.
- Cookies: only your consent choice, so the banner does not ask again on every page. Change or withdraw it through the cookie settings link in the banner.
Who else sees it
Only the services this site actually runs on: Vercel for hosting, Web3Forms to deliver the contact form, Upstash for tool rate limiting, Google for the Safe Browsing and PageSpeed checks, and CookieYes to record your cookie choice. Nothing else, and nothing that exists purely to gather data.
Vercel, Web3Forms and Google process some of it in the United States, relying on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses. If you would rather not use the form, email me directly — it reaches the same inbox.
How long it is kept
Enquiries: while we are in contact and two years after. Server logs: around 30 days, on the host’s schedule. Tool rate limits: one hour. Consent record: twelve months.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what I hold, or to correct, delete, restrict, port or object to it, and withdraw consent at any time. Email me and I will action it within 30 days — no form, no fee. If you are unhappy with how I handle it, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live.
Changes
If this site starts doing something new with data, this page changes before that happens rather than after. The date at the top says when it last did.
